Our Return Policy

We will promptly accept for return or exchange merchandise (in original condition) in case of shipping error on our part.

Merchandise in original condition can be returned but must observe the following:

• Any merchandise that comes packed in its own distinctive box must be packed
  carefully in its original packing box.
• If the merchandise came sealed in plastic cover and the plastic cover is broken
  it cannot be accepted for return.
• Returned merchandise must be shipped insured at the sender's expense.
• A 10% restocking fee and applicable shipping/handling charges will be imposed on all returns or approved exchange requests that are not due to our error.
